Board of Directors

The goal of Halbur Bancshares Inc. (the sole stockholder of Westside State Bank) is to operate a duly licensed financial institution in a manner consistent with regulatory direction, capital adequacy, customer satisfaction and shareholder return on investment. The board or directors has been entrusted to provide corporate direction and performance goals. Our board of directors is comprised for a group of individuals from all walks of life who come together to provide high-level oversight of Westside State Bank activities and performance.
